Service Description

Designed specifically to empower women by creating a safe and sacred space for them to connect with their emotions, tap into their inner child, and release anything that no longer serves them. My cacao ceremonies offer a unique opportunity for mothers to unwind and let go of the stress and anxiety that often come with the demands of motherhood. During the ceremony, I create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites participants to surrender into a deep state of relaxation, allowing them to explore their emotions and connect with their intuition. The ceremony begins with a short discussion and card pull, followed by a guided visualization then we set intentions for the ceremony. I will serve a specially prepared cacao elixir, which helps to enhance the effects of the meditation and facilitate a deeper connection to oneself. Throughout the ceremony, I incorporate elements of ecstatic dance, and sound healing to help participants release any emotional blockages or negative patterns that may be holding them back. (Participants are invited to share their experiences and insights with the group if they feel comfortable, although this is not mandatory.) My cacao ceremonies are designed to be a transformative experience, helping mothers to unlock their full potential and discover a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment in their lives. By tapping into their inner child, participants can find a renewed sense of joy and playfulness that can help them approach their daily lives with a greater sense of ease and grace. Overall, my cacao ceremonies provide a safe and supportive space for mothers to explore their emotions, connect with their intuition, and release anything that no longer serves them. Whether you're looking to release stress, connect with your inner wisdom, or simply enjoy some much-needed relaxation, my transformative cacao ceremonies are the perfect way to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Here are some items to consider bringing to the ceremony: Yoga mat or blanket: Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on during the ceremony. Pillow: for additional comfort and support during the meditation. Water bottle: It's important to stay hydrated Light meal: It's recommended to have a light meal before the ceremony, as cacao can be quite potent on an empty stomach. No caffeine: To fully experience the effects of the cacao, it's best to avoid caffeine for at least 2 hours before the ceremony.
